Photoshop/Dreamweaver CS4 Tutorial: Slicing images for navigation bar
This tutorial shows how to build an ugly navigation bar in Photoshop CS4 and slice it up so that you can bring it into Dreamweaver as individual images arranged using tables for layout. This tutorial was recorded for a web design class that I teach but I thought I would share it with the world. Audio quality is a little low for size purposes. Thanks for such a great tutorial. There is something weird happening after I link the sliced image. It creates an empty space around the image like a frame. Any suggestion so I can get rid of that? Thanks a bunch !
youll need a good amount of subbers, video daily updates, friends, comments, channel views etc. hard work…
Great Tutorial! Thanks a lot!
great video! thank you for the very helpful and informative content.
This was really good. Thanks.
Oh.. i wanted to be one.. but i dont make videos often enough and i use music in my vids
Depending on where you saved this and where your root folder actually is you may have to correct the links back in Dreamweaver… start there.
The video is 28 minutes long because I’m a YouTube partner and we don’t have that 10 min limitation.
How did you get your video 30min long? I make tutorials too and im only aloud 10 min
when i cut and paste the code i just get broken links… any ideas?
Hi I just want to thank you for the tutorial for the first time i started believing that I can do it. Do you hane more of this tutorial?
regards.
Jonny
Great tutorial!
Thank you, that saved me a lot of hit and miss experimentation, my normal method of learning web design.:)
Very useful tutorial. Thanks!
I actually made a forum to help people learn photoshopping
(You have to register to see the forum–will only take a minutes MAX…)
I will help you. We have tutorials and a lot of resources to help, such as free full version photoshop to download.
As the community is small, I don’t have that many questions asked so I will only be helping 2-3 people.
